How It Works

As the Founder of Collectiva, I personally meet with all prospective clients through an initial Creative Practice Review. This is simply a one-to-one online conversation designed to take a clear, practical look at how your creative practice is currently operating behind the scenes.

During the session we step back from day-to-day demands to review the administrative, organisational and business aspects of your practice. These might include current systems you use, your workload, forthcoming opportunities or projects and any pressure points which are causing particular tension or stress. 

​

There is no charge for this session which lasts between one and two hours.

​

Following the Review, I prepare a brief written summary of our conversation and share it with you. This document outlines key observations, priorities and high-level recommendations, providing a clear sense of direction. The intention is to provide informed decision-making and clarify next steps with the hope that it will lead to a successful and on-going partnership. ​​

Pricing Plans

Short-Term/Project Package - £45 per hour
Perfect for artists needing short-term, high-impact support.

Designed for artists who need targeted support around a specific project, opportunity or busy period. This package is ideal for time-limited work such as exhibitions, commissions, releases, residencies or grant-reporting.

  • Flexible hours tailored to the project (suggested between 5-15 hours per project)

  • Focused administrative and organisational support

  • Clear scope and agreed deliverables

  • Professional, reliable and responsive

 

On-Going Assistance Package - £40 per hour
Ideal for artists looking for sustainable and on-going support, freeing-up creative time

This package is most suitable for artists with established practices who require consistent, long-term administrative and business support. This option ensures continuity, familiarity with your work and practice and reliable assistance across day-to-day and project-based work.

  • Regular scheduled assistance on a monthly retainer (suggested 10-20 hours per month)

  • Support for administration, project co-ordination, systems and templates

  • Tailored to the evolving needs of your practice

  • Calm, organised and professional presence helping to remove stress
