How Service Is Delivered
Collectiva offers ongoing administrative and operational support for artists, organisations and teams whose work has outgrown ad-hoc management.
Rather than charging by the hour, I offer monthly retainers which ensures consistent capacity and care. Each retainer is shaped around your needs, from light-touch support through to embedded operational partnership.
My work is not task-based but relational and adaptive. I work alongside you to hold the operational weight of your practice, so your attention can remain on the work that matters most - your creative practice.
Each retainer is agreed following an initial conversation, where we consider the complexity of your workload, the number of active projects or stakeholders, and the level of responsiveness and systems support you require. This ensures the structure feels appropriate and sustainable for both sides.
Retainers are offered on a rolling monthly basis, with a minimum three-month commitment period to ensure continuity and the chance to build a meaningful working relationship. As your work evolves, your level of support can evolve with it.
Where additional capacity is required beyond the agreed scope, this is always discussed in advance and may be accommodated through retainer adjustment or additional allocation within the month.
Clear Communication
The majority of our work is delivered to clients remotely at Collectiva and I take pride in establishing clear and effective communication. This includes using each client's preferred channels and agreeing suitable and sustainable response times for regular check-ins and updates.
Structured Reporting
Equally crucial is providing structured progress reporting, usually weekly and combined with monthly if it is required. This approach builds trust and reassures my clients that they can confidently rely on me to deliver.
