How Service Is Delivered
Collectiva works primarily on a remote basis using established digital tools to ensure efficient, responsive and well-organised administrative assistance. While working remotely allows for flexibility, strong communication and affective management - plus delivery of the service without unnecessary costly overheads - when possible we compliment this approach with regular face-to-face meet-ups. The clarity, trust and human connection which these conversations bring to long-term working relationships, can not be overstated and we prioritise this combined approach when possible.

Clear Communication
​​The majority of our work is delivered to clients remotely at Collectiva and we pride ourselves on establishing clear and effective communication. This includes using each client's preferred channels and agreeing suitable and sustainable response times for regular check-ins and updates.
Structured Reporting
Equally crucial is providing structured progress reporting, usually daily or weekly combined with monthly when required. This approach builds trust and reassures our clients that they can confidently rely on us to deliver.
